ZEN YOGA (Hatha Slow Flow)

RELAX, STRETCH, MEDITATE - Experience the power of the present moment as you breathe, stretch, release stress and tension, improve your flexibility and strength.

In my classes I integrate mindfulness, practicing being fully present of what is happening moment to moment in our body and mind.

Using an inner focus and a gentle approach, my lessons include the classic Yoga poses, breathing and relaxation exercises, and a meditation practice - all woven together into a gentle flow.

The result is a soothing practice, suitable for all, beginners and more advanced students, as well as for those who are simply looking for stress relief and/or increased awareness in their practice.

KUNDALINI YOGA (as taught by Yogi Bhajan)
" Discover new dimensions to your yoga practice
meeting your Inner Guru and connecting with your Soul"

"Kundalini yoga classes are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayama, mantra, music and meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation. Balancing body and mind enables you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul." Yogi Bhajan.

Kundalini Yoga has thousands of different yoga sets which target different areas of your well-being, so each class is different. Sometimes we do yoga to work on our digestion, for detox, to focus our mental ability, to awaken our heart chakra or strengthen our aura. A Kundalini practice can create an awareness of our whole physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being. Kundalini Yoga is a mirror - it will reflect your true self. It's time to polish that mirror and listen to the Divine within.

Christel has trained in India with Gurmuk Kaur Khalsa- Golden Bridge Yoga, and is a Professional Ikyta member (http://www.3ho.org/)

“Yoga is a way of moving into stillness in order to experience the truth of who you are.”
