Reiki is an ancient and sacred healing art originated in Japan that uses light, warm and nurturing hand placements through which concentrated life force energy is channeled. Reiki helps relieve stress, pain and tension providing a meditative and healing state of mind, body, and spirit. Recipients experience a deep state of relaxation, and feelings of peace, security, and well-being.

The recipient may receive Reiki treatments while lying on a massage table, or sitting in a chair. Recipient will keep his/her clothes on during treatment.
